The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present case is that the GNCT of Delhi (respondent no. 1) be directed to comply with the subsisting orders passed by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate in case No. 50/SDM/RA/CL/87 for removal of the obstruction/nuisance from the common gali/street of the parties caused by respondent no.s 2 to 4. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submit that requisite steps for the implementation of the said orders for removal of the concerned obstruction/nuisance shall be taken expeditiously. 3.

In case assistance of MCD is required for the said purpose, the same shall be duly sought by the respondent no. 1. 4.

Taking on record the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of in the above terms.
