It is not in dispute that ad-interim stay application filed by the petitioner herein has not yet been decided by the learned Tribunal. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition requesting the learned Tribunal to decide the ad-interim stay application within one week from the next fixed in the application.

The Registrar of the learned Central Administrative Tribunal is directed to post the application of the petitioner on 15.07.2024 after putting advance notice to the other side.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signatures of the Court Master.
