The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), as a result of which the petitioner is prevented from travelling abroad.

Learned counsel for the SFIO informs today that upon conduct of a 'periodic review', the impugned LOC stands withdrawn. 3.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 4.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
