1. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction of an inadvertent error in para 1 of the order dated 09.07.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice does not dispute that para 1 of the order wrongly records the retirement date of the petitioner as 01.07.2013 as against 01.07.2017.

3. Having perused the record and in the light of the stand taken by the respondents, the application is allowed. Accordingly, para 1 of the order dated 09.07.2024 reads as under:- "1.

The present writ petition under Article of the Constitution of India seeks issuance of directions to the respondents to treat the retirement date of the petitioner i.e. 01.07.2017 and grant all consequential and pensionary benefits to him."
