It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents on instructions that the concerned Fixed Dose Combination (FDC) of Metformin Hydrochloride IP (As Prolonged-Release) 500mg & Voglibose IP 0.2mg Tablet, which is the subject matter of the present petition, shall stand excluded from the list of unapproved FDCs enclosed along with the communication dated 11.04.2025 issued by respondent no. 1. The said statement is taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of, taking on record the aforesaid statement. The Respondents are directed to act in consonance with the said statement, and take further consequential steps, as may be warranted.
