This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the respondents, whereby the request of the petitioner to resign from the Indian Coast Guard service on compassionate grounds was returned unactioned. 2.
The learned counsel for the respondents submits that post the said order, vide an Order dated 29.11.2024 passed by the Competent Authority, the request of the petitioner has been acceded to. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though provisional pension has also been released, there are other retiral benefits which are yet to be released to the petitioner. He further submits that even the provisional pension has been wrongly calculated.

in the present petition has already been granted, we dispose of this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with respect to his retiral benefits to the respondents, which should be duly considered by them within a period of four weeks of this Order.
