Mr. GauravMehta,Managerof the concernedbranch is present and does notdisputethe same. A demanddraft for a sum of Rs.l lac has been handed over to him in court.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the representativeof the respondent Bank, the appeal is disposed of as having been settled.
