Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the order passed by the Supreme Court on 12th August, 2025 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 13029/1985, directing that no coercive action shall be taken against the end-of-life vehicles, is still continuing; he has instructions to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach this Court in the event of change of circumstances. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
