The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner against the respondents seeking the following reliefs:

"...(a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to Respondent No. 1 to consider the Petitioner's Application for Admission to MA Psychology Course for the session 20242025 and grant admission under the Sports Numerary The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Quota in the Category B1, B2, B3 as mentioned in the information Bulletin. - (b) To direct the Respondent No. 1 to allow the prospective students to apply online as well as offline against available seats under the Sports Numerary Quota to avoid any future litigation in this· regard. (c) To direct the Respondent No. 2 & 3 to frame strict guidelines with respect ro the sports which are recognized and shall be mandatorily included under the Sports Quota without any discrimination course W1Se.

(d) To direct the Respondent No. 1 to pay the Litigation cost of this Petition to the Petitioner..."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in case, this Court will direct the respondents to treat this writ petition as a representation filed by her which be decided in a time bound manner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court afresh in case of any further grievance.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the present Writ Petition be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and the same will be decided by the respondents within six weeks under intimation to the petitioner. 7.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 8.
