% 02.07.2025 As the disputes raised in the present writ petition are susceptible to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal ["Tribunal"], Mr. Vishal Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal on the same cause of action.

The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
