The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 3, to take action against the unauthorized construction, being carried out by respondent nos. 4 and 5, in the property bearing House No. 12-A/17-D, Khasra No. 269, Vill. Moujpur Ilaqa Shahdara, Delhi, admeasuring 52 sq. yds.
