The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 558/2015 under Sections 328/308/376-D/354/34 of the IPC and Sections 6/10/21 of the POCSO Act, 2012 registered at PS Nabi Karim.

It is pointed out that the Trial in the present FIR is near completion. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only 2 witnesses remain to be examined as the same is also reflected from the order passed by the learned Trial Court while deciding the bail application. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer for the expeditious disposal of the trial.
