Present application has been filed by the applicants-petitioners seeking revival of the underlying writ petition which was disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 9th July 2024, wherein the Respondent No. 1 was directed to expeditiously dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 27th June 2024 by way of a speaking order, in accordance with law. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that despite the order passed by this Court dated 9th July 2024, Respondent No. 1 has been avoiding conducting any hearing and adjudication of the grievances raised by the Applicants.
