It is pointed out to this Court that against the order dated 20th February, 2024 passed by this Court, an appeal being LPA No. 180/2024 was filed by the petitioner herein. However, by order dated 29th February, 2024, the said appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that demolition action has already taken place by the Delhi Development Authority th March, 2024 and 13th ("DDA") on 12 March, 2024.
