This writ petition has been preferred seeking expeditious disposal of a pending appeal.

Bearing in mind the fact that the writ petition does not disclose the details with respect to pendency of matters which may be of earlier vintage as also the status of the board of the concerned appellate authority, we find no justification to frame any peremptory directions for out of turn disposal.

In view of the aforesaid, while we dismiss the writ petition we permit the writ petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the pending appeal.
