2. Mr. Pawan Mathur, learned counsel appearing for Delhi Development Authority („DDA‟) on advance notice informs the Court on instructions that the kiosks in question have been demolished.

3. With the main prayer in the present petition having been rendered infructuous, the Court sees no purpose in keeping the petition pending. It is disposed of as such.
