The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. Allow the present Application and modify the order dated 16.07.2025 in Writ Petition Criminal No. 1959 of 2025 by permitting Applicant to furnish cash surety b. As per the averments made in the application and on earlier occasion as well, the petitioner/applicant was granted furlough on cash surety of Rs.10,000/- by Director General, Prisons.

In view of the averments made and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed, the order dated 16.07.2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to be released on furlough for a period of 3 weeks on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- alongwith cash surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. 8.
The other conditions in the aforesaid order shall remain intact. 9.
Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for necessary information and necessary compliance.
