Learned counsel for petitioner submits that when this matter was taken up on 12.12.2023, the learned standing counsel for DDA, on instructions, had apprised the Court that the grievance of the parties be resolved amicably. 2.

It is also recorded in the above said order that let a meeting be fixed between the petitioner and the Authorized Representatives of DDA to find some amicable solution of the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has, at the very outset, submitted that he wants to explore the above said opportunity and, therefore, submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach again if no amicable settlement comes his way. Learned counsel for the DDA also appears on advance notice and states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of DDA, DDA would have no objection if the petitioner approaches with any viable solution of the matter.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
