The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that he had given some representation to the Directorate of Enforcement, on which, no action has been taken according to the petitioner. 2.

out that certain offences are being committed by the MCD officials, in which, certain proceeds of crime were generated. 3.

In the opinion of this Court, no procedure is envisaged where such representations can be made to the Directorate of Enforcement on which a party can seek response from the Investigating Agency.

Concededly, the information has already been given to the Directorate of Enforcement and as and when any action is required to be taken, the same would be taken in accordance with law. No directions can be passed by this Court. 5.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
