The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Orders dated 28.10.2024, 28.11.2024 and 16.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CRL MC 2505/2018 while exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

The writ petition as framed by the Petitioner challenging the Orders of the learned Single Judge is not maintainable. 3.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed, along with pending application(s), if any.
