The petitioner seeks parole to arrange the marriage of his son. It is stated in the additional affidavit of the petitioner that while his permanent address is at village Daman Nangla, Tehsil Patiyali, P.S. Bahora, District Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh, but his children were residing with her sister and his brother-in-law at H. No. C-29, Gali No. 01, Near Hanuman Mandir, Bastpur Colony, Pall Ismail Pur, Faridabad, Haryana.

As per the previous status report, the said address was verified where the brother-in-law was staying.

The petitioner has been in custody, as per the Nominal Roll, for about 8 years 10 months excluding remission on for about 1 year 4 months in FIR No.182/2001 PS Dwarka. parole was granted from 07th December, 2023 to 27th December, 2023 and the petitioner did not misuse the liberty granted. 4.
In view of the above, this Court sees no impediment in granting parole to the petitioner. The petitioner is enlarged on parole for a period of 04 weeks from the date of release subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent subject to the following conditions:
i.
The petitioner shall be resident at H. No. C-29, Gali No. 01, Near Hanuman Mandir, Bastpur Colony, Pall Ismail Pur, Faridabad, Haryana, during the period of parole. Any change in this regard will be notified to SHO, PS Dwarka, Delhi ii.
The petitioner shall also provide the SHO, PS Dwarka, Delhi with mobile telephone number which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not switch off or change the mobile number without prior intimation to the SHO concerned. iii.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
