By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:

"A. Pass an Order allowing the present Petition and quashing the Impugned Complaint being CT. No. 2403 / 2018 titled as "State (Represented by Electrical Inspector, Govt. Of NCT of Delhi) Vis Sanjay Kumar Banga, CEO Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd." dated 05.05.2018, pending before the Ld.

Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Courts (Shahdara), Delhi qua the Petitioner who is arraigned as accused therein;

B. Pass an Order quashing the Order dated 13.07.2018 passed by the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Courts (Shahdara), Delhi in Complaint being CT. No. 2403 I 2018 titled as "State (Represented by Electrical Inspector, Govt. of NCT of Delhi) Vis Sanjay Kumar Banga, CEO Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd." qua the petitioner who has been summoned as accused therein."

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn this Court's attention to the order dated 26.07.2022, passed in Cont. "4. Having considered the above and having heard learned counsel for ·the parties, the position that emerges is that the order dated 02.05.2017 passed in W.P. (C)3767/2017 stands complied with, and the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. This position is not controverted by learned counsel for petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of." 3.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the case was recently handed over to her and the aforesaid order was not brought to her notice. She further states that in view of the order dated 26.07.2022, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, she has no objection if the present petition is allowed and the complaint is quashed. 4.

In view of the above, the complaint bearing CT. No. 2403/2018 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 5.
