By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.602/2018 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Burari, Delhi, on merits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the parties have now been able to reach an amicable settlement. The said submission is also supported by the learned counsel for the complainant. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the basis of settlement.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
