This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for placing the settlement arrived at between the parties on the record and for disposing off the matter. 3.

The applicant/petitioner is placing on record the copy of Memorandum of Understanding [„MoU‟] arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 26.07.2024.

A perusal of the aforesaid MoU would show that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and they are contemplating filing a joint application for divorce by mutual consent in second motion. The parties shall remain bound by their respective undertakings given in terms of the aforesaid MoU.
