A Petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 read with Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of Interim Bail for four weeks. 4.

The Interim Bail has been sought on the sole ground of marriage of his younger brother Dhruv Kumar which is fixed for 11.07.2024. It is submitted that the factum of marriage already stands confirmed by the respondents. The presence of the accused is very much required in the marriage being the elder brother and hence, two weeks interim bail is sought on this sole ground.

gravity of offence. The accused who had one sided affection for the victim had stabbed her with knife and the charges against the petitioner are under 307 IPC for attempt to murder. It is submitted that the victim had been stabbed with knives and she is under treatment till now for the injuries caused to her.

Considering the gravity of the allegations against the petitioner, no ground is made out for grant of interim bail. However, on request, the petitioner/accused Shivam be taken in custody in civil dress to attend the wedding of his brother Druv Kumar on 11.07.2024 from 04:00 P.M to 08:00 P.M.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
