Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal was filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 29.10.2022 passed by the learned Family Court, whereby, the divorce petition filed by the appellant herein, was dismissed. 2.

It is also informed that the appellant has expired during the pendency of the present appeal. The death certificate of the appellant has been filed by the respondents.

Therefore, the present appeal stands abated and is disposed of as such.
