Present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petitioners herein, who happen to be the Decree Holders, are aggrieved by order dated 06.04.2024, passed by learned Trial Court whereby auction-sale has been cancelled. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance notice and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has, very fairly, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. He, however, submits that a direction be issued to the learned Executing Court to direct fresh auction sale so that the decree stands satisfied without any further delay. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent has also no objection to such suggestion.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
