% 31.01.2020 The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR No.207/2013 under Section 363/376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

It has been informed by learned counsel for the State that as per the endorsement on the case diary of the State filed by ASI Vipin Kumar, Naib Court of the Court of Ms. Alka Ruby Gupta, ASJ-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, the petitioner herein Daljeet Singh has been acquitted on 13.12.2019.

Apparently, nothing more survives in this petition which be thus consigned.

Copy of the said endorsement be verified from the case diary and be placed on record by the State.
