The present petition under Section 10 and 12 and other provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks the following prayers: - (a) issue notice of initiation of contempt proceedings against and to the Respondent/Contemnor and punish him for committing willful contempt of the Court by disobeying, defying and not implementing judgement dated 05.07.2022 passed by this the Court of Ld. Principal Judge, Family Courts HQs), South-West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in HMA No.1363/2022 titled *Dipender Bhardwaj v/s Archana Bhardwaj, and/or (b) issue orders / direct the Respondent/Contemnor to comply with the directions issued by the Court of Ld. Principal Judge, Family Courts (HQs), South West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi vide order dated New Delhi 05.07.2022, and/or (c) issue orders / direct the Respondent/Contemnor to pay a sum of Rs.

40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty lakhs only) afresh in addition to penal interest at 2% per month in terms of settlement, and/or (d) pass any other or further order(s) in favor of the Petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the Case."
