against Respondent No. 2 for issuance of Airport Entry Permits2 and Temporary Airport Entry Permits3.

Today, counsel for the Petitioner apprises the Court that during the pendency of the present proceedings, Respondent No. 2 - Director General of Civil Aviation has renewed the Petitioner's Air Operator Permit. Consequently, the requisite AEPs as prayed for in the instant writ petition have been issued to them.

Accordingly, the grievance sought in the writ petition stands redressed and the same is disposed of, along with pending applications. CONT.CAS(C) 1044/2024 4.

The present contempt petition was filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 01st May, 2023 passed in the aforenoted writ petition. However, since the Petitioner grievance in the main writ petition already stands redressed, counsel for the Petitioner no longer wishes to press the present proceedings.
