% 10.02.2017 (1) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.362/2013 under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2 amicably.

(2) Respondent No.2-complainant is present before the Court along with her counsel and is identified by him. I have enquired from the complainant whether the matter has been settled with the petitioner CRL.M.C. 570/2017

amicably without fear and pressure. She has informed that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR. It is informed that pursuant to the settlement demand drafts bearing Nos.688718 (drawn on Kotak Bank), 505200 (drawn on ICICI Bank) dated 13.01.2017 for the sum of `1,75,000/-, `2,00,000/- respectively have been handed over to the complainant today in the court.
