This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') for appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the Petitioner and the Respondents arising out of Letter of Acceptance dated 10.06.2019. 2.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, concedes that before filing this petition, notice under Section 21 of 1996 Act was not sent to the Respondents invoking the arbitration clause, which is a mandate of law. Therefore, she seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after serving a notice on the Respondents under Section 21 of 1996 Act and in case of failure of the Respondents to act in accordance with law.

Petition along with pending applications is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
