% 01.02.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties submitted that the dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 19th December, 2023 and the same is on record. It is further submitted that the respondent has already received the decretal amount. Hence, nothing is left in the instant petition for further adjudication. It is also submitted that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.
