Court of Sh. Ashutosh Kumar, District Judge (Commercial Court - 01), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. And/ or Pass any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
Petitioner, who appears through video conferencing, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous.
