The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the FIR NO.0995/2020 U/S 341/323/34/354(A)/506 IPC, DATED 15.12.2020, P.S. UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI and proceedings initiated on the said FIR may kindly be quashed in the interest of justice. Any further relief deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also granted to the applicants." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that order on charge qua the present petitioner has been passed by the learned Trial Court. However, formal charges have not been framed yet. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law against the order on charge passed by the learned Trial Court.
