The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the ex parte Judgment dated 06.12.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-02, Tis Hazari in MT No.356/2021.

It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that pursuant to the said judgment, a settlement has been entered into between the parties and out of an amount of Rs.5,50,000/- which was due and pending at some point of time, a sum of Rs.3,80,000/- has already been given and that despite payment of the money, certain more demands are being raised by the wife. He states that the ex parte order may be set aside. 3.
