The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file afresh after the examination of the mother of the victim.

He, however, apprehends that the mother of the victim will not be examined expeditiously since her examination had been postponed for some reason or the other from the last fourteen months.

The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the examination of the witness.
