This revision petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 02nd February, 2024 passed by Ld. MM, Dwarka Courts dismissing the appeal filed by petitioner against the impugned judgment of conviction and order on sentence dated 19th December,2022 passed by Ld. MM in Crl. Case No. 21420/2019.

The petitioner was convicted and sentences for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

This Court has perused the impugned order and its transpires that the petitioner admitted his liability to the tune of Rs. 3.5 lacs and failed to raise any plausible defence.

however, there was no proof relating to the same. 5.

It is noted that at the time of recording of statement that he was to lead defence evidence, but no steps were taken by petitioner. 6.

In these facts and circumstances, the appeal was dismissed. 7.

This Court does not find any infirmity in the said impugned order. 8.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
