REVIEW PET. 33/2025 4.

The present Review Petition under Section 114 and Order XLVII read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the Review Petitioner/Respondent to challenge the Judgment and Order dated 06.12.2024.

The main grounds agitated in the present Petition are that there is a huge fraud committed by the Petitioners, Shri Dinesh Kumar Dabas and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. A perusal of the contents of the present Petition shows that it is a challenge to the Judgment and Order dated 06.12.2024 on merits, which is beyond the scope of the Review.
