% 13.02.2018 IA 2074/2018 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. OMP (MISC.) (COMM.) No. 15/2018 This petition under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award.

Counsel for the respondent appears on an advance notice. She submits that the respondent has no objection to the grant of the prayer made in the petition.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and no objection given by the respondent, time for making of the arbitral award is extended by a further period of three months from today. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
