% 26.07.2018 LPA 70/2018, CM Nos. 6970/2018 (Stay), 6971/2018 (Additional documents) and 6972/2018 (Condonation of delay) The present appeal is directed against the judgment dated 18.12.2017 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the order dated 18.12.2017 has been complied with and the representation of the respondent stands rejected. Mr Aneja, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, submits that the order, if passed, has not been communicated to the respondent.

In view of the submissions so made by the counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
