The instant petition is directed against order on charge dated 16th March, 2021 passed by the ASJ, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi in proceedings arising from FIR No. 578/2018 registered at P.S. Punjabi Bagh for offences under Sections 302, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
