The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Section 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a)initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the contemnors/respondents herein by flouting/disobeying the order/directions dated 04.09.202J.f in W.P. No.10974/2024 passed by this Hon'hle Court in accordance with law;
b) Award the cost of this contempt petition to the petitioner; Pass such any other or further order which this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in' the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
