% 21.01.2020 C.M. No. 2276/2020 (by the appellant under Section 151 CPC for waiver of costs) and C.M. No. 2277/2020 (Exemption) 1.

The present application has been moved by the appellant for waiver of costs of Rs.5,000/-, imposed vide order dated 27.9.2019. 2.

On perusing the averments made in the application, we are of the opinion that no ground has been made out for waiver of costs. As costs of Rs.5,000/- were directed to be paid by the appellant to the respondent on the next date fixed before the learned Family Court and the said order has not been complied with till date, last opportunity of two weeks is granted to the appellant to pay the costs to the respondent directly or through the counsel appearing for her before the learned Family Court. 3.

Both the applications are dismissed.
