The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 21.03.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the learned Tribunal) in O.A. No. 916/2016. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has allowed the original application filed by the respondent by setting aside the orders dated 23.01.2014 by which his services were terminated on the ground of his having remained absent without leave. The learned Tribunal has consequently also set aside the order dated 29.01.2015 passed by the Appellate Authority.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondent has already superannuated, the petitioner will, instead The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of pressing the present petition, pass a fresh order in accordance with the directions issued by the learned Tribunal.

In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the petitioner, the writ petition alongwith the accompanying application is disposed of as not pressed, by granting six weeks time to the petitioner to implement the impugned order.
