This is a petition under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal presently in seisin of the disputes between the parties by a period of six months.

The mandate of learned Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 30 June 2024.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 4.
Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by six months w.e.f. today.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
