Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India of Constitution of India read with Section has been filed 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0502/2018 under Sections 466/471/34 IPC and Sections 82/83 of Registration Act, 1908, registered at PS: Kanjhawala, Delhi. 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that Closure Report has already been filed, against which learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that he has filed a Protest Petition.

Application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. is also not pressed. 4.
