% 14.07.2017 On the complaint of respondent no. 2, present FIR No. 1607/2015 under Sections 323/341/308/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Mehrauli against the petitioners.
It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are injured.
It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 19th February, 2016. Petitioners have compensated the respondent nos. 2 to 4 by paying `1,20,000/-. This amount has been paid towards medical expenses and also to compensate the mental pain and agony suffered by the respondent nos. 2 to 4. Though, the individual share of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 has not been mentioned in the
agreement, but during the course of hearing, respondent nos. 2 and 3, who are present in Court and have been identified by SI Anurag, P.S. Mehrauli, submit that petitioners have paid `80,000/- to respondent no. 3 and `20,000/- each to respondent nos. 2 and 4. Respondent no. 4 is represented through his Authorized Representative, that is, respondent no.
2.
Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
Respondent nos. 2 and 3 further submit that neither they nor respondent no. 4 are willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement arrived at between them and petitioners. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4, FIR No. 1607/2015 under Sections 323/341/308/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Mehrauli, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
