5. The present petitions have been filed for the transfer of CT. Case No.429/2024 titled as Captain Deepak Kumar v. SHO of Domestic Airport & Ors.

6. As per the office noting, learned ASJ-02, South West, Dwarka vide order dated 27.05.2024 transferred the matter and directed the same to be placed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts New Delhi.

7. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts New Delhi vide its order dated 28.05.2024 inter alia mentioned that there is no other designated Court to deal with such matters and sent the matters to the High Court for necessary directions.

8. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts New Delhi observed that the complainant had itself requested not list the matter before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts New Delhi.

9. In view of the above, the learned Registrar General has placed this matter before this Court in terms of the directions of Administrative and General Supervision Committee dated 15.04.2019.

10. In these circumstances, the matters are withdrawn from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
