1. The present petition has been listed on the office noting dated 05.07.2024. The office note indicates that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts New Delhi vide order dated 24.05.2024 placed the matter before the Registrar General of this Court on the ground that the complainant has sought the transfer of the present complaint case 15513/2020 titled as Kasabe Milind Kumar Nemaji v. Rathod Nilesh to the Tis Hazari Courts on the ground that the disputed cheque pertain to the bank branch located at Kashmiri Gate.

2. In terms of the decision of the Administrative and General Supervision Committee dated 15.04.2019, the matter is withdrawn from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts New Delhi, and transferred to learned the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Central, New Delhi.
